HP DeskJet 820Cse. It's in good condition, but the paper won't feed. I looked at other postings in here, but those referred to loud noises and such. This isn't making any noises or doing anything that seems unusual, it just isn't grabbing the paper. If I nurse the paper in a little, it grabs it, feeds it, and prints just fine. I checked the rollers and they don't seem to be worn. It's almost like there should be a catching device that initially feeds the paper TO the rollers, and that device isn't working. Any ideas?
