Try a cold reset by turning on printer and hold down green check mark button until all 3 lights come on solid and then release and scroll down to cold reset and hit the button. If the same thing happens, then with the power off remove the formatter board in the back by pressing the black clips towards each other and pull out. Now re-insert and give a good shove and then try again. If still does not work then I would think the formatter or powersupply has issues.
