hp Color LaserJet 9500 Error 59,e0 and 13.01

Let me explain what this is about. The printer抯 ITB unit has been replaced and ,since then, the printer showed the 59.e0 error. Because of this error, I changed the registration motor (M11) and another error code (41.19) appeared. Then I changed the second transfer assembly and the registration assembly. After these three parts had been replaced, the printer initialized and was ready to print.
Now, every time I send anything to print from a PC or from the very same printer, the printer does not take the paper and it shows error 13.01 jam in tray 2 or 13.03 jam inside lower right door (tray 1).
I have tried leaving the tray 1 door open and sensing the door switch to see whether the image is made on the ITB. It does make it, but none of the trays takes paper into the printer. So, the PAPER JAM errors appear.
Due to this, I tried updating the firmware and the error still exists. Could you please help me with my problem? If you think I should change other parts, which ones would they be? I was wondering the problem would be in the DC controller or in the PIU. But I need to be certain since the client has already invested much money in repairing the printer and I can still not find a solution.

Had one about 2 months ago. Real easy. You just remove the right side cover when looking at tray 1 and then just look how it is mounted and just swap it out.
