I'm having trouble removing the registration assembly (as a complete unit) - which it looks like it should be extracted in one piece.
Does anyone have a service manual for this model, or any clues on how to remove the registration assembly (it's loose and the side with the clutches on can be lifted upwards, but the left hand side is being stubborn!)
Thanks in advance,
Marcus
PS: Willing to trade manuals for whatever I have that interests you.

Anyway, the manual is no longer needed (unless just for the heck of it).
For reference, and anyone else who finds one of this range with an annoying squeak, here's some info.
The problem seems to be the registration assembly. The fan on the back of the machine helps to shift the paper dust around, where it settles on both registration roller shafts (where they sit inside a plastic bushing). Here it mixes with whatever lubricant was applied at the factory to form a sticky black gunge.
Cleaning both ends of the registration roller shafts, (and polishing them back up with some Brillo pad), helped a lot.
However, there was still the occasional squeak.
This turned out to come from the registration roller clutch. Stripping it down completely, applying a really thin wipe of light oil, cured the problem completely.
Back to my original question, in order to remove the registration roller assembly (which is also part of Tray 1 pickup drive), you first have to remove Tray 2 pickup assembly. It was actually really easy once I got a decent light on the job.
Incidentally, all work is carried out from the back of the machine, and one last point, the machine will not boot to ready state if the fan is not connected.
Why such a large workgroup printer (with a NIC), has such low capacity paper trays I have no idea. Totally ridiculous! It could do with some LJ4000 size trays if you ask me. I bet the users have to refill the trays several times a day !
If anyone does feel like swapping a manual for the B6200, I'd still like one just in case.
