HP photosmart 3310 has been fairly maintenance-free until the warranty expired two weeks ago. Now it is giving me a message that I need to replace the light cyan Vivera ink cartridge. When I do so with a brand-new cartridge, the message keeps coming back. I tried doing what was suggested in the manual, which was to wipe off the copper contacts in the machine with a soft cloth and distilled water. This made no difference. What should I do next? Thanks!
