I have used refill inks on my mp170 for a couple of years. I changed the ink recently and the "u051 check ink" messages displays. I have tried the mp tool which ran, but the error still displays. I have also tried to do the factory mode reset that was suggested on this forum. the first time the printer went to idle mode, but the reset didn't help. Now I can't even get it to idle. It just says SFP TEST MODE. Help! It's so frustrating!
