Canon S300 无法打印黑色
canon s300 printer that will not print the black at all. We have run the nozzle check, the cleaner and even put the printhead in a cleaner solution....but to no avail. Have been told by one or two people that we may need a new printhead. It was quite awhile that we didn't use it, however we have in the past used the refill kits (which work great), and even bought new cartridges. Is it possible that we do need a new printhead? It would be nice if I could find one!!! I have looked everywhere, but haven't called Canon as yet. I am hoping that I can find some simple help before calling Canon to see if one is available.
